FootGolf is back! Come on out and get your kicks at BP3!

FootGolf is a precision sport that combines golf and soccer, being more closely related to golf. The games are played similarly, with the exception that players use a soccer ball instead of a golf ball, and the ball is kicked rather than struck with a club, working toward a 21-inch cup in place of the usual golf hole. The player who finishes the course with the fewest shots wins. The first shot has to be played from the tee box, and trees, ditches, and hills must be crossed or avoided in order to reach the hole.

Basic rules:

  • No soccer cleats permitted

  • Regulation size 5 soccer ball must be used and must be easily identifiable

  • FootGolfers will use the same tee box areas as regular golfers for five of the nine holes, on the other four please kick between the two orange blocks

  • Make sure your kick will not interfere with other players

  • Wait until the ball has come to a complete stop, one stroke penalty for kicking a moving ball

  • No kicking on or over regular golf greens. If the situation arises where a golf green is between you and the FootGolf cup then the ball can be moved, without penalty, just no closer to the hole

  • The player farthest from the hole is the first to kick

  • Only 4 persons per group

  • Allow faster players to play through, this includes regular golfers

  • No alcoholic beverages permitted anywhere on the course

  • Shirt, shoes, and bottom covering must be worn at all times

  • Children 14 and under must have a parent present for their safety

  • Have fun!!!
